Article 1 (Members)


1. "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these terms and applies for membership following the procedures prescribed by our company.

2. "Member Information" refers to information about the member's attributes disclosed to our company and information related to the member's transaction history.

3. These terms apply to all members and must be observed during the registration process and after registration.

Article 2 (Registration)


1. Membership Qualification
Customers who agree to these terms and complete the prescribed membership application process will be granted membership status upon completion of the registration process. The registration process must be carried out by the individual who will become a member. Registration by proxy is not permitted. Applications for membership may be refused if the applicant has previously had their membership revoked or if our company deems the applicant inappropriate.

2. Input of Member Information
During the registration process, please read the input instructions carefully and accurately enter the required information in the prescribed input form. Special characters, old kanji, and Roman numerals cannot be used in the registration of member information. If such characters are registered, our company will change them.

3. Password Management
1.Passwords are for the exclusive use of the member and cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
2.Members are responsible for managing their passwords to ensure they are not known to others, including changing them regularly.
3.Any expression of intent made to our company using the password will be considered as the member's own intent, and any resulting payments will be the member's responsibility.


Article 3 (Changes)


1. Members must promptly notify our company of any changes to their name, address, or other registered information.

2. Our company is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to register changes. Even if changes are registered, transactions processed before the change will be based on the information before the change.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)


If a member wishes to withdraw, the member must complete the withdrawal procedure themselves. Withdrawal will be completed upon the conclusion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Compensation Obligations)


1. Our company may revoke membership if a member makes false declarations during the membership application process, fails to fulfill payment obligations for mail-order purchases, or if our company deems the member inappropriate for other reasons.

2. Members are responsible for compensating our company for any damages incurred due to the following actions:
1.Unauthorized use of member numbers or passwords.
2.Accessing our website to alter information or sending harmful computer programs to interfere with our operations.
3.Infringing on the intellectual property rights of products handled by our company.
4.Other actions that violate these terms of use.


Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)


1. Our company will not disclose member information to third parties without prior consent from the member, except in the following cases:

2.When our company deems it necessary to protect our rights, interests, or honor.

Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)


Members are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using this service:
1.Violating laws, these terms, usage notices for this service, shopping notices for this service, or other terms.
2.Damaging the rights, interests, or honor of our company or third parties.
3.Engaging in actions that may adversely affect the physical and mental well-being of young people or actions that violate public order and morals.
4.Engaging in actions that cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or third parties.
5.Entering false information.
6.Sending or writing harmful computer programs or emails.
7.Illegally accessing our servers or other computers.
8.Lending or transferring passwords to third parties or sharing them with third parties.
9.Other actions deemed inappropriate by our company.

Article 8 (Service Interruption or Suspension)

2.Our company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from our web pages, servers, or domains do not contain harmful elements such as computer viruses.

3.Our company is not responsible for any damages incurred by members due to violations of these terms.

Article 11 (Revisions to These Terms)


Our company may revise these terms at its discretion and may establish supplementary terms. Revisions or supplements to these terms will take effect when posted on the site designated by our company. In this case, members must comply with the revised terms and supplementary terms.

Article 12 (Shipping Outside Japan)


Products may not be shipped to certain countries or regions.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)


In the event of a dispute regarding these terms, the district court with jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office will be the exclusive court of first instance.
